Refund Policy for Logo Central

At Logo Central, we are committed to providing high-quality printing, embroidery and apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. General Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns and refunds on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase (for in-store) or 7 days after delivery (for online orders).
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
💡 Note: Due to the nature of our business, custom-printed or embroidered items are non-refundable unless faulty (see Section 2).
2. Custom Orders (Printing & Embroidery) – No Refunds
Since custom items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
✅ Printed items
✅ Embroidered items
✅ Personalised designs (including name or logo printing)
Exceptions: We will provide a refund or replacement for custom items only if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The print or embroidery does not match the approved design proof.
If your custom order has an issue, contact us within 7 days with clear photos and proof of the defect.
3. Exchanges
We allow size exchanges for non-custom products if:
- The item is returned within 7 days.
- The item is in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- The desired size is available in stock.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees related to exchanges.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
📌 To process your claim:
- Send an email to contact@logocentral.co.nz with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing & Store Credit
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.
💡 Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
6. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at contact@logocentral.co.nz with your order details.
- Wait for return approval before sending items back.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Custom orders (printing, embroidery, personalised items)
❌ Clearance or final sale items
❌ Items without proof of purchase
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued purchases imply acceptance of the updated policy.
