User Agreement for Logo Central

Welcome to Logo Central. This User Agreement governs your access and use of our website www.logocentral.co.nz and our in-store services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

✅ This agreement applies to all users of www.logocentral.co.nz and customers shopping in-store.
✅ By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.
✅ We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

✅ Users can create an account on our website for a faster checkout experience and order tracking.
✅ You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
✅ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
✅ We are not liable for any unauthorized account activity. If you suspect a security breach, notify us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

✅ You may not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
✅ You agree not to:

4. Orders & Transactions

✅ All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.


✅ Pricing & Payments:

  • All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Payments must be completed before orders are processed.
    ✅ Custom Orders:
  • Customers must approve design proofs before production.
  • Once approved, custom orders are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

✅ All content on www.logocentral.co.nz including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of Logo Central and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
✅ Customers submitting custom designs must own the rights or have legal permission to use them.
✅ We reserve the right to use images of completed custom work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

6. Privacy & Data Protection

✅ We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
✅ By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
✅ We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

✅ Logo Central is not liable for:

  • Website downtime, errors, or interruptions due to technical issues.
  • Losses caused by third-party service providers, including shipping couriers.
  • Incorrect customer-provided information leading to delays or misdeliveries.

✅ Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Termination of Services

✅ We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access to our website and services without prior notice if:

  • There is a breach of this agreement.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
  • The user engages in behavior that threatens the safety of our staff or other customers.

✅ If your account is terminated, any outstanding orders may be canceled at our discretion.
